Package Details

This package includes all image files from your wedding day. Please read "Receiving Your Digital Files" below.

~ BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY ~

_ CONSULTATION: I am always available for questions. Meeting personally allows us to get to know eachother. It allows us the opportunity to review the timing on your wedding and review actual print samples.

_ LIFESTYLE SHOOT: I take you out for a "lifestyles" photoshoot - apart from your wedding day - allowing me to capture natural images of the two of you being yourselves. Let's try to schedule so you can order a 16 x 20 and have it diplayed at your wedding! Pets are very welcome!

_ LIFESTYLE WEB GALLERY: Your photos are posted in your own gallery - available for secure ordering. Your friends and family can view and order!

_ LIFESTYLE PREVIEW CD: I create a CD featuring a complete selection from your Lifestyle Shoot viewable with any web browser.

_ LIFESTYLE PREVIEW BOOK: In addition to the CD - a preview book displaying your complete Lifestyle Shoot!

_ 16 x 20 CANVAS: 16 x 20 Canvas Framed Print or trade up to as large as 30 x 40 Canvas Print! Displayed at your wedding reception!

_ LOCATION SCOUT: I visit all wedding sites, allowing me to create "visual cue cards" of what I see.

_ REHEARSAL: I attend your rehearsal. This allows me to script out the photography so there are no surprises. It means I know what's happening the day of your ceremony and allows me to capture more powerful images. Also, it allows me more freedom to respond to the candid moments I'm known for.(There may be some cases in which I can not attend your rehearsal - in such cases arrangements will be made with you.)

~YOUR WEDDING DAY ~

THE FULL DAY! NO TIME LIMIT! Photography from start to finish. From the bride getting ready to the final toast. No hidden hourly or film charges!

_ PHOTOGRAPHER'S ASSISTANT: I always work with a qualified assistant to ensure that all areas of your wedding are covered efficiently allowing for more creativity. When necessary assistant provides backup photography - at no extra charge!

~ the PHOTOGRAPHY ~

_ WEBSITE GALLERY: A gallery featuring all the images from your wedding at Eventpix and LITfoto.com! Everyone can purchase prints directly through Eventpix and LITfoto.com's secure server.

_ DIGITAL PREVIEW ALBUM: You'll receive a CD with a web-based gallery of all your images! You're allowed to copy this CD and download the low-resolution images, too!

_ PERSONALIZED PREVIEW ALBUM: Preview Album embossed with your names and wedding date contains numbered/copyrighted proofs. The Preview Album is yours to keep!

_ CD SET OF IMAGES: You'll receive a CD set (or DVD) with all your original image files. See article at right for details.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION: A 30 % deposit (or agreed upon otherwise) is required to guarantee your booking. Checks only for deposits. A deposit is also required on all enlargement/album orders.

FINAL PAYMENT: Orders will only be shipped upon receipt of your final payment.

LIT On Location now accepts Mastercard and VISA for your convenience.

RECEIVING YOUR WEDDING DIGITAL FILES

This wedding package includes all files from your wedding day.

DETAILS: Additional contract for receipt of files is required. Contract terms relieve LIT On Location of all responsibility for any further claims regarding the files. See contract for complete information and terms.

DIGITAL: Any digital images will be burned on CD in original capture format. You (or a lab) will need to "process" these images for printing. I do archive CD's on site. Additional charges will apply for supplying additional CD's.

ARTISTIC RIGHT: Your Preview Album will consist of edited proofs. While all files are provided LIT On Location retains Artistic Right over compilation of your Preview Album.

COPYRIGHT: Previews will marked with our copyright on front. Proofs are automatically stamped at the lab with a copyright notice. Your release contract will serve as copyright release notice for your lab.

DISCLAIMER: All CD or DVD sets are tested before leaving LIT. Additional help working with your image files is available for an hourly technical support fee. Please understand, this option is recommended only for computer-saavy clients!

Fees Notice

1) No travel charges for weddings in Summit and Eagle counties! In-state subject to appropriate mileage and lodging expenses. Out of state billed with travel expenses including air, excess luggage fees, hotel & car rental or appropriate mileage charge for fuel.

2) Vail, Aspen and other Desination Resort weddings (outside Summit County) subject to additional fee based on logistics and parking and lodging needs. Check for details and waiver of fee.

3) Weddings involving Gondola travel to mountain tops subject to an additional fee of $150. Gondola fee based on time of year and possible weather conditions.
